Shipping & Delivery policy
We have used flat shipping rate.You can raise a request for returns & exchange with in 3 days from the date of delivery . In case of any genuine reason (opening video compulsory) , we will accept it . After accepting it, we will pickup the product from your address. After receiving the parcel we will check the returned product and that process will take approx. 7 days from the return request date.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
If we sent a correct product and size but you have any issue in size or anything , you can raise an exchange request , but in that case you have to pay the shipping charges (charges will be according to product dimensions) . In case of return , you have to pay 100₹ minimum till 500gm parcel , charges will be vary according to dimensions or weight of the parcel.
Conditions for returns:
In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product(s) was delivered in the last 3 days.
- Opening video of product is captured.
- Product(s) is in the same condition as it was shipped.
The following Products cannot be returned:
- Laddu Gopal furniture, jewellery items, and items which have price below (100).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned product.

If there is any red zone situation then order may be delayed in delivery.
